Elevate RentFlow Privacy Policy

This page describes the planned Elevate RentFlow mobile application and the separate public preview website. Store releases will be reviewed against the final shipped build before publication.

Data inside the RentFlow app

RentFlow is designed to work offline. Properties, expenses and other portfolio information that a user enters are stored in app storage on the user's device. The app does not ask for a bank connection or user account and does not automatically transmit property records to an Elevate server.

Exporting and sharing

Users can export a JSON backup or CSV file and can use Android's printing interface to save a PDF or print a report. These actions hand the content to a file location, printer or service that the user chooses; the chosen destination's terms and privacy practices apply. Restoring a JSON backup replaces existing in-app portfolio data after confirmation.

Information sent to us

If you contact us by email to request early access, customer support or product updates, we will receive the contact information and message you send. We use this to respond and manage the request. Do not email sensitive property or financial documents.

The public preview website

The public marketing website is hosted by Netlify and may have standard hosting infrastructure logs. Its limited interactive demo uses fictional figures and does not collect the numbers selected in its sliders for us. Opening an email link uses the email software or service chosen by the visitor.

Retention and deletion

In-app data remains on the device until the user removes it, clears the app's storage or uninstalls the app, subject to device and backup behaviour. Separately exported copies must be deleted from their chosen storage locations by the user. For email enquiries, ask us to delete your correspondence, subject to legitimate legal or business record-keeping requirements.

Security

Device security, access controls and responsible backups matter. Locally stored records should not be assumed to be encrypted beyond protections provided by the device and operating system. Avoid sharing unprotected backup files.
